Original design, great service and great experience overall

The attention I received from everyone at the Ginza store was splendid! Ken and every person involved in crafting my ring , necklace and earrings was truly amazing! The Process from the calls , the reception, the presentation made me enjoy the expirence even more ! Truly the Japan way is imprinted in the whole service ! Please give Ken my compliments and whenever I go back to Japan I will pay my respects to all of you at the store. Thank you so much !

We are from Montreal, Canada and despite the time zone differences, we had an amazing service from Shay. We had a lot of options to choose from and we were guided the whole time through the customizations and the costs. We look forward to getting our wedding bands from them as well !

Was served by Mutsumi. She provides outstanding service and was able to provide above standard service. Rings were crafted perfectly.

After taking some time to customise our wedding bands to our taste, and ordering, all process facilitated fuss free in English, we finally received them. Rings are of amazing craftsmanship and quality, and each time we look at them with a magnifier glass we discover more intricate details. They are truly unique and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.
