It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The online consultation with Shay was informative, professional and friendly. Placing the order and finalising the payment was also incredibly efficient and straight forward. When we collected our rings in Tokyo it was a dream come true since we have been waiting since 2020 to get the rings. The sharing ceremony was great and it was wonderful to see the rings and try them on. What I found incredibly useful was that there was still an opportunity to make minor modifications to the rings such as sizing. The collection of the rings went smooth and it is an experience that my wife and I will not forget.

I chose Mokumeganeya because the idea of mixing traditional techniques and modern design to create jewelry that is eye-catching and cute yet well-ordered and masterfully crafted appeals to me personally. The process is streamlined and the team did a great job providing all necessary information. The result was an engagement ring that exceeded my expectations and made the proposal memorable. Definitely coming for crafting wedding bands in person!

Service is top notch, craftmenship is great, the package is very well put together, with thoughtful and personalised handwritten notes. Really beautiful ring!! While it may be slightly more costly than other jeweller, the craftmanship, the exotic design is definitely worth it

Working with Mokumeganeya and Phi at the Costa Mesa branch has been an absolute dream! Our engagement ring is exactly what we wanted, and we plan to get wedding rings from them as well. The design process was accommodating to small details that we wanted to change. Although it is unfortunate that there are no stores in the US to get the ring cleaned for free, going in for a ring cleaning in Mokumeganeya Ginza was a quick, delightful experience. Thank you for helping us create such beautiful memories!
