I live in Toronto, Ontario. I was a little concerned having to do the consultation online and having the ring shipped from Japan. But Mutsumi and Shiho worked with my schedule. They were very thorough and patient, and my now-fiancee absolutely loves the ring. The shipping from Fedex went accordingly and there were no issues. The Sakura diamond is beautiful and the patterning of the ring is super unique. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of the ring and their amazing team. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The online consultation with Shay was informative, professional and friendly. Placing the order and finalising the payment was also incredibly efficient and straight forward. When we collected our rings in Tokyo it was a dream come true since we have been waiting since 2020 to get the rings. The sharing ceremony was great and it was wonderful to see the rings and try them on. What I found incredibly useful was that there was still an opportunity to make minor modifications to the rings such as sizing. The collection of the rings went smooth and it is an experience that my wife and I will not forget.
