Mokumeganeya ( English Store )

Working with Mokumeganeya and Phi at the Costa Mesa branch has been an absolute dream! Our engagement ring is exactly what we wanted, and we plan to get wedding rings from them as well. The design process was accommodating to small details that we wanted to change. Although it is unfortunate that there are no stores in the US to get the ring cleaned for free, going in for a ring cleaning in Mokumeganeya Ginza was a quick, delightful experience. Thank you for helping us create such beautiful memories!

Our ring of Mokumeganeya is a very special memory of an important trip in our relationship. Our trip to Japan had to be re-booked multiple times due to COVID. It was therefore a great pleasure to finally visit this beautiful country. In the meantime, I had discovered Mokumeganeya. The engagement ring "Sakura-Awase" offers unique beauty which I had not seen before. The combination of a "sakura diamond" and all the features of a Sakura flower will indeed forever remind my fiancée about the beautiful cherry blossom voyage. As a side note, the sakura diamond was a great talking point among friends of all genders and ages, since the pink kaleidoscope makes the "first viewing" of my fiancée's ring an amusing interactive moment. The virtual consultations, as well as all written exchanges, were smooth and quick. I have never experienced such great customer service before. I would like to thank Mutsumi for all her kindness and patience.

I really appreciate the staffs for the hard work and ability to craft the engagement ring I had commissioned. Within a month after receiving payment the ring was complete not mentioned it's also perfect. When I picked up the ring the staffs was super nice and helpful. Thank you for creating such a memorable memories.
