The attention I received from everyone at the Ginza store was splendid! Ken and every person involved in crafting my ring , necklace and earrings was truly amazing! The Process from the calls , the reception, the presentation made me enjoy the expirence even more ! Truly the Japan way is imprinted in the whole service ! We are from Montreal, Canada and despite the time zone differences, we had an amazing service from Shay. We had a lot of options to choose from and we were guided the whole time through the customizations and the costs. We look forward to getting our wedding bands from them as well !
