The entire journey, from receiving the catalog to the final delivery at the Ginza store, was perfect. The incredible quality and craftsmanship of the ring were immediately apparent, and the beautiful design, including the breathtaking Sakura diamond, exceeded all expectations. We especially appreciated how user-friendly the website was for a customer not based in Japan. Huge thanks to Haruko, Shiho, and Ken for their diligent support and for making this moment so special.

Shay was professional and helpful in guiding me through the process of getting my engagement ring. The end product was also really good and am excited to the proposal!

All of the staff I worked with was absolutely amazing. The ring is incredible and unique, which is exactly what I wanted. And service to have the ring resized was also amazing. I had such a great experience working with Mokumeganeya that I'll definitely come back for wedding rings.
