Love the care and attention to detail Mokumeganeya's staff gave us when getting our wedding bands made. Having an office in Newport was convenient for the consultation and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I decided to purchase a Mokumeganeya ring because of the unique mokume metal working techniques that are incorporated into the band. In addition Mokumeganeya was able to customize based on my needs, incorporating larger side diamonds into the Koi-Sakura design so that it became a three-stone ring. The end product was a beautiful platinum/silver combination that looked amazing accompanied with diamonds. My girlfriend (now wife!) was thrilled when when I proposed and truly loves the ring. At one point after the engagement, it was determined that the ring needed adjustments in the claws, Mokumeganeya's customer service was very good. They worked with the ring to repair it and reinforce the claws until we were satisfied. I appreciated that they took full responsibility and fixed the ring at their cost, I think it shows the level of care and pride they take in their product. Overall, we're very happy with the engagement ring and we can still see the grain from the Mokume about two years later.

The entire process to purchase our rings took more than 9 months with a lot of communication via email with the Japanese staff. The customer service is nothing less than memorable and the workmanship is fantastic. We got our first size wrong (completely wrong), supposed Japanese measures rings differently? Rings were adjusted with no trouble
