We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, though we had pick up scheduled for one of the busiest time in Japan, Golden Week, the staff and craftsmen were extremely helpful and accommodating. Especially Junko, she was very patient throughout the initial ordering process, and understanding of our limited timeline and made sure everything was perfect before we had to go back! Would purchase their other accessories! Highly recommend!

I love the level of thought my partner put into my ring and selection of the diamond. The detail and design is not only unique but truely special and nothing i have ever seen before. The Mokumeganeya Team made the process so simple, and were very thorough and lovely to deal with. They were so kind and generous with their time and always made us feel very welcome as internationals. We were so happy with the engagement ring that we also have asked the team to design our wedding bands as well.
