My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at the Ginza store where I first discovered this 9/2018 and Don at the Newport Beach location made it all possible and we picked up our rings 4/2019. Best decision ever! Very intimate and not only did we feel that the rings were special which I obviously don't have to describe.. but the meaning and service is second to none in the world.
