The method they use to make the jewelry is a technique passed down for 500 years, so not only are you purchasing jewelry, you are purchasing a piece of history as well. We purchased a Sakura diamond pendant as an anniversary present and the entire process was customized down to the chain. The company was hugely helpful and worked quickly to make the pendant and deliver it to us, and we couldn't be more grateful. From the beginning this has been the most incredible heartfelt process, Mutsumi-san is an absolute angel. The email correspondence to arrange our size, our choices and our design was all so effortless and easy. The sharing ceremony in Osaka accommodated in English as we were travelers to beautiful Japan, and receiving our absolutely stunning rings in Tokyo and getting to meet and thank Mutsumi-san in person was something we will remember forever.
