From the moment, we walked into the store to the reception of the ring, the service has been outstanding. The different ring designs were well explained and all the options were explored before I made a decision. The color combination was carefully chosen and again multiple options were explored and once the decision was made, the combination was viewed under different lightings to make sure that this was the one. The whole process made it easier to chose a custom-designed ring. Since these rings are all unique, it is hard to imagine what the chosen design may look like but with all the different rings that were tried, I had a decent idea. Once the ring was completed, I received frequent updates on the shipment of the ring. And once I received it, I got great answers to my questions. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a truly unique ring.

We are very pleased with our rings from Mokumeganeya, they are beautiful and unique! Unfortunately after we had them and before our wedding our house was broken into and they were stolen. The staff at Mokumeganya has been so wonderful and is re-making the rings for us, and we will have them in time for the wedding! We are so thrilled!
