The attention I received from everyone at the Ginza store was splendid! Ken and every person involved in crafting my ring , necklace and earrings was truly amazing! The Process from the calls , the reception, the presentation made me enjoy the expirence even more ! Truly the Japan way is imprinted in the whole service !
