Mokumeganeya's customer service is truly amazing, I previously ordered my engagement ring just by contacting them by email, they replied really fast and listed out every details which made the process very smooth. Finished the order and shipping the ring to my US address on time and the product is so pretty so I decided to order the wedding band as well from them, and they did not disappoint. Once again I ordered the rings through email, and we planned to going to Japan early in the year so we thought it would be nice to have a ring ceremony inside their store as well, and to my surprise, they even offered picking up the rings just 2 weeks after the ceremony because they really value our time in Japan and want our experience to be memorable. Every staff is so friendly and carefully measures our ring sizes and our requests, and of course when we received the product it is so beautiful and satisfying. Thank you so much for the experience and I would definitely recommend them to other people.

Matsumi, Don, and Tyler were all amazing in getting my custom wedding band design realized. When there was a hiccup regarding sizing they immediately took action to remake the rings. Working with them was an amazing experience and I was even able to pick up the bands in Tokyo while there on business. I *HIGHLY* recommend Mokumeganeya!
