Mokumeganeya ( English Store )

When my fiancee and I came in to look for wedding rings, the staff were eager to help and provide us with all we needed to find the perfect ring. The rings were custom-made and ready earlier than we expected. They fit us perfectly and came with a beautiful wooden box that symbolized our strong ties to each other. After trying the rings on, we can say that they are beautiful and comfortable, and we are looking forward to wearing them on our wedding day and for all the years to come!

We chose these rings for their history, but the store for the craftsmanship and simplicity of design. I'm not much of a diamond girl, but the Sakura diamond cut converted me. The design consultation was painless - the customization is truly as you would like. We had some trouble with payment, but that was squarely the fault of PayPal. The second payment ended up much later than expected, in part due to PayPal attempts (which I tried due to credit card cash back bonuses), and also just getting caught in hectic day to day. Through it all, the store was patient with the failed payment attempts and the time we took to pay. The rings turned out beautifully, and the diamond setting (and the diamond!) alleviated my concerns with traditional diamond settings (the snagging, the chance of the diamond getting knocked loose... not so with Mokumegane-ya's design). The store was a chance find, and we would happily choose to buy our rings from here again.
