From the moment my fiance and I stepped into the Costa Mesa store, I knew I would be making an investment there. Rosita's eyes lit up as she looked over the jewelery, and I took notes on the engagement ring details. My consultation for my engagement ring was informative and helpful. And everything was presented neatly and precisely. I appreciated all the clarifications and thoroughness of the staff. The engagement ring arrived and it was magnificent. Rosita definitely agreed when I proposed, in Minikami, Gunma. Don, from Mokumeganeya even arranged for us to visit the store in Ginza to have a consultation about our wedding bands. When we were ready to have the wedding bands made, we were able sit down with Don and confirm everything perfectly. We've had a wonderful experience with Mokumeganeya, and I'm sure we will return in the future.

Although we weren't able to go in person to their showroom in CA, they were accomodating when scheduling a videoconference and helping walk me through the design/buying process. Very professional and friendly staff, and most of all the ring that finally arrived was exactly what we had hoped for. Having something truly handcrafted and unique to represent our engagement means a lot to us, and the workmanship is perfect. Overall we couldn't be happier.
