Well to start off the ring I ordered was perfect. I was skeptical about ordering a ring online but everything turned out perfect! The service was great, shipping came a day late but still worked out just fine. Nothing but love here.

Fantastic company that takes the time to stay in contact with you about the ring. The zoom calls where really helpful in deciding the finer parts of the ring. The complimentary ring sizer was a massive help. I bought the Sakura ichirin and my fiancé cried when she saw it and how beautiful it is. The craftsmanship is superb and I couldn’t think of any other place I would want to buy any engagement or wedding bands from.

Mutsumi was the company representative who assisted us. She was very attentive and helpful, and she helped us create a very unique pair of mens’ 8mm rings with a yellow and white gold external pattern for our wedding. When the rings arrived in the US they were beautifully wrapped. The rings themselves are weighty and strong and display an awesome pattern. We strongly recommend this company and this art form, and we hope one day to visit their store in person.
