Kitayama san was very nice and easy to work with. She helped me to select the pendant I wanted and coordinated well with me to make sure it was delivered on time. My wife and I are very happy with the Sakura diamond. It’s a special piece that we will treasure. The onagiita is a unique piece also that we both enjoy. Thank you!
