Although they are very good for getting to sleep I find I am extremely tired in morning

Took a whike to arrive to NZ, but worth the wait.

They arrived quite quickly

I was skeptical about these patches doing anything, but after 4 days I can already feel that I’m snacking less. I work at home some of the week which is my weakness and this week I have felt good. If I see results by the end of the month, I will definitely keep going.
