Doesn't work at all. Feel all the cravings like before. Useless. Been using for a week

The product works only mildly at best, but the subscription is the biggest scam. They email you before shipping with a “manage your subscription” link, yet when you click it, it says Endorfɪx isn’t available in your region. So my region works fine when they want to take my money, but apparently not when I want to cancel.
