Felt good in general but for intense exercise it felt quite overwhelming. Strong buzz and alertness, but for a hard threshold session, almost felt like it stimulated too much and make me felt light headed, had to stop and take off.

Slow delivery

Does not work for me. Tried appetite and energy patches but no luck with either of them

Does nothing for me.

I keep getting a really bad rash from the patch. I can’t say whether it’s made a difference in my appetite because I’ve had to stop using them.
