Good responsiveness. But item arrived postage due though which I found not good customer service since shipping was supposed to be included in price! I had to make extra trip to post office to pay for the postage. Was t happy about that.

The site and the products are great as usual. But the new delivery system is clearly lacking. They ship it to a Canada post office and that’s it. No more deliveries options, no track number. Just a possible delivery dates. 3 to 9 days! It took another 10 days and it’s not Canada post fault as I usually receive packages from the same Canada post hub and it take 1 or 2 days maximum. As Canadian it’s already hard to buy amerikkka products but if it’s long and not sure on top of it I’ll think twice before ordering now.
