Good responsiveness. But item arrived postage due though which I found not good customer service since shipping was supposed to be included in price! I had to make extra trip to post office to pay for the postage. Was t happy about that.

The site and the products are great as usual. But the new delivery system is clearly lacking. They ship it to a Canada post office and that’s it. No more deliveries options, no track number. Just a possible delivery dates. 3 to 9 days! It took another 10 days and it’s not Canada post fault as I usually receive packages from the same Canada post hub and it take 1 or 2 days maximum. As Canadian it’s already hard to buy amerikkka products but if it’s long and not sure on top of it I’ll think twice before ordering now.

Was given the wrong design. Didn't notice until today as I thought i had just been using the free pack.

tried it for a month, doesn't work, infact, all things remaining the same, i actually felt hungrier and ate more, and put on more weight.
