I have the energy and appetite suppressant patches. Instructions say to only use 1 energy patch while using the suppressant patches. I think I need more to feel the energy. I do believe the appetite one works. I have much less “food noise” when I use it. I wish the appetite stickers had stronger adhesion. I do hold it in place for a few seconds when I put it on but it curls off over the day. Just an area for improvement!
