I am missing 3 bottles

I am missing 3 bottles of scent that were marked on the packing slip as OOS. I was charged for them and sent the issue to Customer Service several days ago. I was also charged an incorrect tax rate, 13. 47% instead of the published 10. 67%. I also notified customer service of this. I have not heard back, still do not have my missing merchandise although I was charged for it and am currently a very dissatisfied customer.

Very disappointed that you sent

Very disappointed that you sent me the wrong kind of wax. I did not receive pillar wax. I received some kind of wax that wants to be for jars, because I had to dig it out of my molds
