You sent me someone else's order, which has delayed sales for my candle business.

No communication from you regarding missing items otdered.

This is the first candle company I ever ordered from 10 years ago when I started my candle business and I've always loved them until the new corporate takeover. My recent experiences during the holiday season have been horrible and actually cost me existing orders because of missing items, delayed customer service responses, and wrong items sent. Please fix the suppliers we've counted on for so many years.
