Would give zero stars, customer service is terrible

My experience is horrible I spent a lot of money with this company in just one order however I was missing several items that I was in need of. I was emailing early , the email address they gave for customer support is nonexistent mail delivery system says no address exist. There is no contact phone number to fix this issue and it took way too long to get my order, especially for the shipping prices. I also used their chat and left a message twice because it was after hours. I am completely unsatisfied with the company however I am satisfied with the product, but I will not be a customer anymore. .

What a disaster of a company. BEWARE This company is an absolute shitshow. Multi-week shipping lead time with exactly zero communication. They refuse to answer emails, their website is useless for tracking, their phone line goes to an unmonitored AI recording. The only way to get any information is to raise absolute hell with their sister company and then they'll get someone to call you back. Pathetic.

Please fix your shipping issues!!!

I ordered five (5) bottles but only received two (2). After weeks of reaching out to them, I received an email saying “your order is on the way “ using the original tracking number. I’ve sent four (4) emails that also included pictures of the damaged shipping package (that was retapped). I’ve been using this company for years but, I may look for options that I can depend on.
