I placed an order that took an eternity to be shipped only to find I received the complete wrong order! I notified customer service with no response. It took more than a week and contacts through multiple avenues to get a response. They no longer have a phone line to speak to anyone directly. No one responds to email. The Facebook messenger chat will get you nothing more than an auto response but apparently they eventually get read bc while I didn’t get a response I did eventually (weeks later) get a refund. By that time I had already placed and received two orders elsewhere. It’s really sad bc I did enjoy buying from Natures Garden but I can’t rely on the shipping time or for them to send the correct order. Not getting an order at the busiest time just before you have an event is incredibly frustrating, stressful and leaves you in a lurch. Nature’s Garden didn’t seem to care about their customer’s businesses at all. I can’t work with a vendor like that. In order to run my business I need a vendor I can rely on to ship the correct product fast and who wants to see my business thrive so I’ll in turn do more business with them Natures Garden proved to me that’s not something they’re interested in so, bc of that I can no longer order from Natures Garden.
