Not much smell like the first batch I received even at high % ratings

I order a lot and never leave bad reviews but getting in touch with someone to correct my order was impossible.

I received the wrong product and made multiple attempts to contact the company with no reply. Photos were sent showing the incorrect product received. I guess I’ll just keep continuing to try to contact someone.

How can I review products that I paid for but didn’t receive!!!
