I am missing 3 bottles
I am missing 3 bottles of scent that were marked on the packing slip as OOS. I was charged for them and sent the issue to Customer Service several days ago. I was also charged an incorrect tax rate, 13. 47% instead of the published 10. 67%. I also notified customer service of this. I have not heard back, still do not have my missing merchandise although I was charged for it and am currently a very dissatisfied customer.
