I unfortunately, received the wrongly labeled product. Reach out to customer service and still waiting for a response. Really love this product but it’s either always out of stock or get wrong item.

I have never had a bad experience with this company until now. I have called multiple times and each time I have called I get a recording that they are closed, even during regular business hours. I sent an email and never heard back. I really need my Wild Elderberry fragrance and it has been on back order now over a month. This would not be as bad if they would just communicate with me. Service is not great but product is.
