Shipping is becoming way too slow currently still waiting on another order that has not shipped ordered a few weeks ago

Shipping took entirely too long. I cannot wait 3+ weeks to receive product

Poor packaging! Each of the bottles were dumped into one plastic bag with no cushioning by the NG shipment center! Several bottles broke and leaked fragrance oils covering each throughout the entire bag and it completely ruined the entire order of 15 fragrance bottles! The response from NG was to weigh each individual (ruined) bottle and photograph each bottle while on the scale to see which bottles leaked! Ridiculous! Like it matters? How about replacing your poorly packaged products so you’re not waisting my time and money! This will likely be my last order with NG!

Never got it yet I am still waiting after 17 days

Sucks still waiting on my order to be shipped. . can't review what I don't have yet.
