Customer service did not help me when I contacted them with my complaint. I understand the return policy but would have appreciated working together for a resolution given how easily this product is damaged

Ending up stuck with a product because the deliver team sent unpacked and took the packing materials is not a good feeling but I will eat it.

Very disappointed in this purchase and it’s construction. After 3 months the chair is broken
