It was very late and the box was broken and it was unclear if I was going to get my couch within the time promised

Well, 4 months after ordering and over a month after confirming that the items are ready to ship, here I am, still waiting on my bed to arrive and sleeping on the floor

I ordered the blue velvet couch - first of all it is not velvet and secondly the couch is not comfortable at all. I made the mistake of ordering online and didn’t get to see / touch before purchasing. I trusted the reviews on their page. I tried returning the couch but they have a caveat that you must return in original package HOWEVER their white glove service removes the package- so I’m stuck.
