I'd avoid this company. I had an issue with my product and the customer service experience was the worst I've encountered. 18 emails, slow response time, and no acknowledgment or ownership of the issue with the product. My loveseat wasn't able to be assembled and the best they could offer was $100 off until I got my credit card company involved. 2 stars because the only positive was the fast delivery.

I ordered two of these beautiful chairs. One arrived perfect and the other arrived with the base cracked. I reached out to customer service and told them of the problem and asked for my chair to be replaced. After back and forth emails for a month and the company trying to bribe me into keeping the broken chair for a sum of reimbursement, they finally said all that they could was send a replacement of the base and have a technician switch it out for us. After receiving the base and waiting weeks and not hearing anything, we just replaced the base ourselves. I was disappointed in the quality of the chair and am hopeful that we have no problems in the future with either chair because the leather is beautiful. For a company that says they stand behind their products, this ordeal was a headache and a bit of a joke.

The delivery was great. But the merchandise is defective.
