Item came damaged, policy too strict.

Our table arrived while we we’re moving f and we didn’t open it up after getting it delivered for a couple of days. The box didn’t show any signs of damaged so we weren’t concerned — turns out the table top was crushed on one side and the top had multiple scratches on it. I looked up the damage policy and it’s as follows: “ If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to customerservice@edloefinch.com within 24 hours of delivery.” Obviously I was out of the time frame so I didn’t even bother and plan to eventually replace the tabletop because the legs are nice. I would think edloe should extend this time frame because people have busy lives and not necessarily going to open a package right away.

Terrible. This t took 3 months for the bed to be delivered and then I find out the bamboo legs are glued on making the bed u stable

he side table arrived broken and splintered. The quality was the poorest I've ever seen from a mail order furniture company. Luckily the company refunded me our money completely. But be warned00the wood is fake and the furniture is held together by staples! Shop your local furniture stores instead where you can actually see the quality.
