Item came damaged, policy too strict.
Our table arrived while we we’re moving f and we didn’t open it up after getting it delivered for a couple of days. The box didn’t show any signs of damaged so we weren’t concerned — turns out the table top was crushed on one side and the top had multiple scratches on it.
I looked up the damage policy and it’s as follows: “ If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to customerservice@edloefinch.com within 24 hours of delivery.” Obviously I was out of the time frame so I didn’t even bother and plan to eventually replace the tabletop because the legs are nice. I would think edloe should extend this time frame because people have busy lives and not necessarily going to open a package right away.
