Product was fine but shipping was over a month overdue

The ordering, delivery, and customer service were all great. I love the style, fabric and overall look of the couch. However, I'm disappointed with the comfort level of chaise lounge. There is a very noticeable difference between the lounge seat cushion and the other section of the couch. The latter is overly firm, so much so that my partner avoids sitting there. I was hoping it might soften over time, but no luck after several months. I wish all the seat cushions could be consistent across the piece so that everyone can have a comfortable spot.

Fast shipping, poor quality. Table is separating and not square.

Beautiful color, great design, and super easy to fold out into futon, but it is the most uncomfortable couch to sit on for long periods of time and lounging. Also I wanted to return within my 30 day limit but by the time I realized it was so uncomfortable I’d already thrown away the box it came in and was told no returns unless in original packaging. Sadly I wasn’t given another option so I’m stuck with my purchase. So make sure you keep your boxes if you are having any doubts at all about your purchase.

Do not recommend. Uncomfortable to sleep in.
