When I emailed customer service about the table/leg issues, they just instructed us to follow the instructions provided. Not very helpful and we're still stuck with wobbly table and chairs.

Shipping was extremely long but we were in COVID times

The ordering, delivery, and customer service were all great. I love the style, fabric and overall look of the couch. However, I'm disappointed with the comfort level of chaise lounge. There is a very noticeable difference between the lounge seat cushion and the other section of the couch. The latter is overly firm, so much so that my partner avoids sitting there. I was hoping it might soften over time, but no luck after several months. I wish all the seat cushions could be consistent across the piece so that everyone can have a comfortable spot.

Fast shipping, poor quality. Table is separating and not square.
