So so

1. Sofa delivered 3-4 weeks after order when website said it was in stock. 2. Package delivered without ringing bell. Had I not picked up soon, would have soaked due to sprinkler spray. 3. Package damaged, sofa luckily intact. 4. Depression in seat after a 120 pound person sat 2-3 times. 5. Sofa color and design as advertised.

I had to call the freight company to figure out where my item was or how to receive it

Shipping took a while and was delayed because they sent it to the wrong area of the state.

Mixed bag. Customer service was easy to work with & courteous. We loved the dining table, liked the chairs, and regret the coffee table. Shipping via Metropolitan was a terrible experience. They cancelled on us twice…didn’t know where the shipment was for a while…ended up taking a month.
