Shipping situation was a mess, but otherwise I love my sofa.

Shipping is SLOW. The chair came packaged well and it was easy to assemble. It did smell quite bad, but we were able to remedy that. Overall a positive experience.

I absolutely love the couch, but the image made the wood look like it was maybe walnut, and it's definitely very orange. it's very hard to match with my other furniture

The shipping was delayed but the customer service was excellent.

Shipping took 3x longer than stated upon ordering.
