Updates on the delayed shipping fell off towards the end but for the most part great customer service.

Edloe Finch has great customer service. They are responsive and courteous, which is a plus. My zipper broke on one of the sofa cushions and they replaced it under warranty with no hassle. My shipping took a little longer than expected, but other than that, I find their customer service to be commendable.

Nice product, delivery was later than originally communicated.

I love this couch so much, it’s ever better looking in person. It’s comfortable to sit on or take a nap on. I’ve had it for a few months and it still looks great. My only complaints were that it took forever to arrive and it had a small scuff mark in the velvet on the arm when it arrived.
