It took a long time to receive the couch, 3-4 weeks. But maybe they made it to order- I'm not really sure.

Ship times were inaccurate and i never received a confirmation email when my sofa shipped until a shady third party company called me trying to schedule delivery. The shipping company was rude and delivered the wrong item despite my husband telling them multiple times. Overall- we love the couch, pattern, ease of folding down futon and the price was great. Would recommend a new shipping/delivery company.
