Amazed! Top Notch customer service!
I first got my mattress and was disappointed, a sink hole in the middle of it. I figured I was stuck. How in the world would I, a 5 ft middle aged woman, going to get this thing back in the box and ship it back. After a few weeks I called the company. They offered a full refund or to send me a new one. I asked, how do I get this old mattress back to you. Well low and behold they have a company that picks up the mattresses! So I said well send me a replacement then! I will try one more time. Then I was told to not schedule the pick up of the old mattress until the new one arrived and all was good. My new mattress arrived quickly. With a friends help I removed the old mattress and put in aside for pick up. The new mattress is perfect. No issues at all. I then scheduled for the pick up. I ended up having to work later than usual that day so I was nervous I would not be home. I left the mattress in my breezeway which is unlocked. They called me to tell me they were going to be at my house shortly. I told them I was not home yet and asked if they could go in my breezeway and get it. I did tell them my older son was home as well. Well, they said no worries at all. They were able to come by grab my old mattress and emailed me a receipt! This whole exchange was so easy! I did not have to pay for anything extra and I love my mattress. Amazing customer service!! This is how a business should be run! Wish every transaction could be this stress free! Thank you !!
