My new medium Earlybird bed is soooo much better! I guess I'm not a firm bed girl. The exchange was painless and that was so appreciated!

Overall, I was not expecting a great mattress. I have bought other DTC mattresses in the past with mixed results. This bed is everything an expensive mattress is! It’s firm which we love. Hopefully in a few years we feel the same!

I am very happy with my new bed and mattress, and the service. My mattress and bed frame were both delivered reasonably quickly in perfect condition and I was able to set them up on my own fairly easily. As I mentioned in my review for the bed frame, the only drawbacks I have experienced so far was difficulty in getting the support slats permanently seated on the inside of the bed frame and the lack of hardware to easily attach a traditional headboard (rather than one affixed to the wall behind the bed). Other than that I could not be more pleased with the quality of the bed I got for the price I paid!
