Terrible communication
Order was delayed; fine, that can happen. One week later the problem was supposedly fixed (automated email), so no big deal.
Except it wasn't fixed, and two more weeks of no updates, no communication and no response to me followed. Absolute silence. So far for express delivery.
My order finally did ship (again only an automated email), so in the end they did manage to fix it by themselves, but some communication or acknowledgement would have been nice.
