Terrible communication

Order was delayed; fine, that can happen. One week later the problem was supposedly fixed (automated email), so no big deal. Except it wasn't fixed, and two more weeks of no updates, no communication and no response to me followed. Absolute silence. So far for express delivery. My order finally did ship (again only an automated email), so in the end they did manage to fix it by themselves, but some communication or acknowledgement would have been nice.

Failed delivery, failed response

I placed an order a month ago - 12 books and a mug gift set - and so far received only the books. I emailed customer service four times so far about the missing mug gift set, but l still haven't received any reply.

Late delivery and items was broken

I ordered some items which were delivered five weeks late and with one item partly broken (not for the first time). Packaging could be improved (sturdier).

Multiple items badly damaged

After 2 telephone calls and an unanswered message on the contact form, my order finally arrived. I ordered 1 boxset and 2 items, the boxset was ruined, one item's box wad damaged and one item miraculously survived. Also, there was no plastic or anything as packing material. I already contacted Eaglemoss and I have to send it back and will hopefully get replacements, but I was very disappointed.

Still waiting for a replacement

I’m still trying to get a replacement model after three months. Third order in a row that has arrived damaged or with a painting/manufacturing defect. No response from Eaglemoss customer support since April 16th. Ridiculous customer service.
