What happened????
I've purchased items a number of times from the eaglemoss shop and never had an issue. That was until the black Friday sales. I purchased a present for a friend's up coming birthday and self indulged to take advantage of eaglemoss's free delivery. A week after ordering no sign of the order being dispatched. I reached out to customer care via email. No reply outside of the automated acknowledgement. 2 weeks (3 weeks since the order was placed), 1 missed birthday, 5 emails to customer care (1 of which I asked the order to be cancelled) and 0 replies from customer care later the now unwanted order was dispatched. Not looking forward inevitable saga trying to return it and get a refund when the order is delivered. I would think twice before placing an order again which is a shame because eaglemoss has some top quality items.
