This is the finest company when it comes to detailed Star Trek products for huge Trekkie fans, like myself. The products I've recieved are amazingly detailed, and a lot of attention was put into them. I am truly amazed by them, I am so happy now! Finally I have Lieutenand Commander Data and the Enterprise D (NCC 1701-D) in my posession, a childhood dream coming to reality. However, the ordering of the products did not go as planned due to a different postal code system in my country, but after an email my packached was dispatched. I suggest that Eaglemoss makes use of an automated address resolver when it comes to dispatching products for a proper processing of addresses. (perhaps such a service is available?) But after a while and an email, the packaches made it safely to my home address eventually, the folks at Eaglemoss were able to restore the issues and apologised for the inconvienence.

The figurines are looking great. They are very detailed. One of them was damaged but I have already gotten an email that I will get a new one. So the customer service is excellent.

I'm giving 3 stars as I wasn't happy with the service. I ordered two items (I'm happy with the item I received) only to be refunded a few days later for one of the items (the one I actually really wanted). No explanation why, just an email saying I was getting a refund. Looked up the item again this morning as I really really want it and it still says you have one in stock. So why was I given a refund?
