Never arrived. Money not refunded

My first order I never received and have not been able to reach anyone to find out why. Nobody answers the listed phone number and noone's returned my emails. This site scammed me!

Not good ! I never received my order. Did not get response from customer service and had to report to my financial institution

My product was never shipped. No one will answer the phone or respond to any of my emails.

Still waiting on my order, the label was created last month but it has not shipped. I have emailed twice, called three times and used the chat twice but no one has yet to respond.
