Still waiting on my order, the label was created last month but it has not shipped. I have emailed twice, called three times and used the chat twice but no one has yet to respond.

We order 3 30ml bottles. We received an Order with only 10ml bottles that was meant for someone else. None of the brands we ordered. Company has not responded to 3 emails nor voice mail message. Having to dispute charge with credit card company.

3 weeks past since I order it, but never received the product and still. waiting for it. or you need to reimburse my money

So I had an order with 6 bottles in it. It arrived with only 2 intact bottles (from a lightheaded mail carrier). I’ve texted and emailed about it asking what I need to do to get the bottles replaced. All messages unanswered.
