DO NOT buy from Junglejuice. com. They will get your order wrong, then never reply to rectify the error. They packed my large $100 order wrong (Packed a Blue Magnum instead of Leather Eagle), I sent photos of my incorrect order - my order # - detailed email - NO REPLY!!! I have since made over FIVE attempts to contact the company to rectify the issue; 2 emails directly from my main email, nothing. Directly emailed from the website, nothing, Called the stupid 'hotline' # on the website and it rings then hangs up on you - the address on the website is a random duplex house via google images. I'll skip writing a letter. At the end of the day - sure I could use the stupid Blue Magnum instead but its the principle of the matter - then to not even reply to me is a whole nother level of unprofessional, disgusting, and repugnant. I'm a RETURN customer - that's the crazy part! Excuse me - you show value to these for life customers for long term profits - not ignore them. On my previous orders I was sent coupons for leaving positive reviews and the coupon didn't work - when I emailed support - THAT time they did reply and said they would look into it then never got back to me with a correct coupon. So this email service issue seems common. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ignoring completely though is a whole nother level of SHADY. I know I'm not buying bibles here but COME on - get my order right and be available for assistance. Period. I check my spam folder still in disbelief id be ignored after a $100 large order. They'll likely even find a way to delete this review. I will NEVER purchase from JJ and suggest you don't take this warning lightly. I got an automated email to review the 'Leather Eagle' I purchased (and never got) yet no request to review any others in my large order - in the back of my head - support sent that to me in a twisted way to mess with my head even more. Up yours Jungle Juice!!!
