Never received the product I ordered a month ago USPS tracking says it’s awaiting…

Never received my order. And I tried reaching out several times and never received a response

Yeah you have completely failed to ship my order for two weeks. It says label printed and nothing more. This is unacceptable. Further emails have gone unanswered and no one picks up calls. This is terrible customer service. I regret having ordered from here, especially since last time it was good. I’m very disappointed at this poor service and poor organization. Why even pay for shipping when you don’t even send it?
