Dutch Bulbs

Your poppy bulbs have not bloomed.

Many ordered items were not available at time of shipment.

First order received was wrong. So the correct order was sent but was frozen in transit. My account was credited but I feel I should have gotten a refund since it was there mistake. I rated a 2 because the bulbs looked like a good quality.

Four of the bulbs look like they have died the other six are doing well. All planted the same way.

I would give this company 2 stars. One of the bags of bulbs had 4 in it when there should have been 5, (which to me was not worth contacting them about as they didn't come until late October and we are a northern state so planting season close to over) and the other bag of bulbs was very dry, even the bulbs were shrunken and dried up.
