Bulbs were soft with lots of mildew

Our order was mixed up with another customers order. Delayed getting the correct order and took some effort to get it all straightened out. Bulbs are good quality. Customer service needs improvement.

I ordered 3 types of bulbs this year, 2 tulips (avant grande and amazing parrot) varieties 100 bulbs each and allium 100 bulbs. The allium and avant grande tulip varieties shipped in perfect condition but the amazing parrot arrived moldy, rotten and mushy. Out of the 100 bulbs of the amazing parrot, only about 15 were in a somewhat okay shape and could be used. I am extremely disappointed with the fact that they were shipped in that condition especially because all the other items I've ordered that were shipped in the same box were in perfect condition.

Second year in a row that I had more than a dozen bulbs dried up and or rotten. I ordered alliums, daffodils and tulips. Not a small or cheap order, so I’m definitely disappointed. Again.

I’ll write a formal review when they get back to me. They just arrived so I had no opportunity to see if they will stand beside their product.
