I purchased a Dowco brown fork bag for my bike. I thought it would match the brown swingarm bag which I had previously ordered from Dowco, but it doesn't. The products are two different tones of brown. I ordered the fork bag from Dowco via ebay. I've tried emailing Dowco and contacting them through the phone, and can't seem to get anyone to help me to return or exchange the fork bag. Now I'm kinda screwed with a brand new Dowco fork bag which I have no use for and can't get any exchange or refund much less any kind of service from Dowco to help me out.

This cover is only about two years old and virtually every stitch has rotted and failed. Could you please tape the inner seans to make them waterproof and also use a liquid seam sealer like K-Kote on the outer seams Cyclegear's deluxe covers now feature taped seams. You should consider doing the same especially considering your covers are much more expensive than Cyclegears. (Coated outer seams will also potect the stitching on your covers and make them last longer.)

I bought a Christmas gift for my husband and it came in the box without wrapping, totally spoiled one of his gifts. This should be clearly noted on your website. When I complained, nothing was done, except to say sorry. Will not order again and will communicate to others.
